i have had escarole soup many many times but your way looks so tasty i have to try it, i grew up and lived in philly pa. 47 years in a neighborhood they usta call little italy and i have never seen this done like this -- i moved to new mexico bout 3 years ago and i cant get escarole here they wont even order it for me so a friend of mine just mailed me some i got it today, so tomorrow im gonna make my fav soup your way haha-- thank you very much for taking the time to show us all how you doit your friend -- johnny sands
