That is so great that you are recording famiily recipes. My Nana (great grandma) and grandma are Italian and because I saw this we are going to start doing the same, my Nana was a fabulous cook, she can no longer remeber anything, so I am watching videos like the ones you have posted to make her recipes that she has written for us.

If I may make a request: Did grandma Rosa ever make manicotti or gnocchi??? I have been successful at these, but it would be a treat to watch her, she is a real Italian cook and I really enjoy her!
